The Strength Standards Mark talked about are below, and once you achieve them then you are officially a beginner no more, you would have achieved an Intermediate Strength standard, which would take the average man 1-2 years.
  • Over Head Press - 60kg
  • Bench Press - 100kg
  • Row (Barbell Pendlay Row) - 100kg
  • Squat - 140kg
  • Deadlift - 180kg
If you have been training for more than a year and can't lift these numbers then you might want to consider joining Tier 2 for one of our programs or Tier 3 to hire us to help you with some Online Coaching.
