Chris has had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of industries, including manufacturing and fulfillment, financial services, food and beverage, and medical devices. Many of the companies that Chris has worked with are brands that you would recognize every day. Chris’ passion is helping organizations and teams build cultures of problem solvers that engage every employee in the work of improvement.
He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds his B.S. from Western Carolina University. Chris has been the host of The Lean Leadership Podcast since 2105. He is currently Senior Director, Lean Strategy at KaiNexus, a software company based in Austin, Texas, whose mission is to Spread Continuous Improvement.
