अन्तरङ्गसंस्कारः

वस्तूनां क्रयणाय नगरं गच्छद्भ्यां धान्यवणिक्-चर्मवणिग्भ्यां मध्येमार्गं श्रमनिवारणाय यः आश्रमः प्रविष्टः तत्रत्यः संन्यासी धान्यवणिजे कुटीरस्य अन्तः, चर्मवणिजे बहिः च भोजनं दत्तवान् । प्रत्यागमनावसरे संन्यासी चर्मवणिजे अन्तः, धान्यवणिजे बहिः च भोजनं परिवेषितवान् । किमर्थम् एतादृशः व्यवहारः इति पृष्टे संन्यासी अवदत् - अन्तरङ्गस्वरूपभेदः एव सत्कारभेदस्य कारणम् । जीवने अन्तरङ्गसंस्कारः एव मुख्यः, न तु बाह्यः स्वरूपम् । अनतरङ्गे कः भेदः लक्षितः इति यदा सकुतूहलं चर्मवणिजा पृष्टे संन्यासी विस्तृतरूपेण विवृणोति अस्यां कथायाम् ।

A grain merchant and a leather merchant, on their way to the city, entered an ashram to rest. There, the sage made the grain merchant sit inside the hut and the leather merchant outside, serving food accordingly. When returning from the city, the merchants visited the ashram again, and this time, the leather merchant was served food inside and the grain merchant outside. When they asked about the difference in treatment, the sage replied, "The difference in how the food was served is due to the difference in inner qualities. In life, it is the inner transformation that matters most, not the external form." When the leather merchant, curious, asked further, the sage elaborated in detail.

सम्भाषणसन्देशः इति संस्कृतमासिकपत्रिका (https://sambhashanasandesha.in) । एतस्यां पत्रिकायां प्रकाशिताः लेखाः, कथाः, बालकथाः, वार्ताः इत्यादिकं सर्वम् अपि सरलसंस्कृतेन एव प्रकाश्यते । तत्रत्याः “बालमोदिनी”नामिकाः बालकथाः अत्र प्रसार्यन्ते । अतः अस्याः शृङ्खलायाः नाम अपि “बालमोदिनी” एव । लघु गात्रं, सरला भाषा च कथानां विशेषः । प्रत्येकं कथा काञ्चित् नीतिं बोधयति । बालकथाः आबालवृद्धं सर्वेषां प्रियाः । संस्कृतेन ताः श्रोतुम् उपलब्धाः भवन्तु इति एषः प्रयत्नः श्रोतृभ्यः अवश्यं रोचेत इति विश्वासः । संस्कृतक्षेत्रे संस्कृतेन पॉड्कास्ट् क्रियमाणाः एताः प्रप्रथमाः कथाः इति सगौरवम् उद्घोष्यते ।
