USA Customer Service Hall of Fame with representatives from three of the companies in the premiere cohort: Joe Rakosky of Nielsen-Kellerman, Rachel Freedman of RowSource, and Peter Kermond of Burnham Boat.

The Hall of Fame idea started as a tribute to the remarkable commitment to service that is clearly baked into the culture of companies like Burnham Boat, RowSource, NK, Resolute/Sykes, Faster Masters, Rowing the World, All-American Rowing Camp, and the others in our premiere cohort.
But we're not stopping there! We plan to add Hall of Fame members on a regular basis. Besides the personal experience of our contributors, crew, and guests, recommendations from listeners will help us identify companies that should be honored. At Ready, Row! USA, we believe that rowing changes lives. We are on a mission to connect and collaborate with the rowing community – from boathouses, to masters, beginners, legends, vendors – and you!
