Show Notes

After four months of doing this show, I revisit the goals that I set in Episode 3. 17 weeks have gone by and while I am slowly chipping away at my overall financial goal, a lot has happened since I started paying better attention to my finances and cultivating a better relationship with money.

To recap, those goals were:

  • Goal 1: Create a $1,000 emergency fund (small setback, but almost there)
  • Goal 2: Establish a plan with the IRS (done)
  • Goal 3: Choose a plan of attack for credit card payoff (in progress)
  • Goal 4: Inventory my expenses (done)
  • Goal 5: Smooth out my freelance income or get a job (in progress / always something to work on)
