Stein joined Eastridge as an entry-level sales associate in 1998 and has held virtually every position in its Recruitment Division, including overseeing two of Eastridge’s largest acquisitions.

Eastridge Workforce Solutions, an employee-owned company, was founded in San Diego in 1972 and makes attracting and managing a skilled workforce easier through its strategic workforce management programs, innovative technology platform, and comprehensive staffing solutions. Eastridge is ranked in the top 100 staffing firms in the nation, serves 1,300 clients annually, and places over 25,000 people a year through its 375 internal employees. Seth is a graduate of George Washington University with a BA in Communication and has earned an MS in Executive Leadership degree from the University of San Diego.
