Build Your Brave Career for Women in Tech

“If I believe in a mission, I don’t stop. I do stop toxicity when I sense it. And then I pick a different path and keep going”; Arezou - mom, entrepreneur, former global executive, an immigrant.
Breaking free of a toxic situation that did not serve her. When the toxic situation started to affect her health, she made a huge decision to leave a successful job as an executive.
Leaving the job left her unsure of who she was as a person outside of her professional self. For 6 months, she did all kinds of self-studies, Kellog executive professional development etc. to develop her identity outside of the corporate world.
The mental load of taking care of EVERYTHING, on top of your career is real.
