This journey showed Crystal there’s more innovation to be done in the neurological healthcare space, so she co-founded Branch Out Neurological Foundation and raised over $3M CAD for research. This has given her the insight and expertise necessary to understand VC, contributing to her success at Thin Air Labs as their Health Lead and Head of Experience.
