What goes into the day to day workings of running one of australia’s biggest sporting competitions?
In this bite size from episode #19 Todd Greenberg sheds some light on what makes the inside of the NRL headquarters tick, the answer? Relationships. Todd talks about how he had to maintain over 72 individual personal relationships with key personnel from all the clubs in the competition and how his personality as a people person helped him with that. He also shares that while he doesn’t support any individual team in the competition he loves seeing individual players flourish and achieve their full potential.
In addition to being the current CEO of the Australian Cricketers Association and director of Venues NSW Todd has also been a semi-professional cricketer, managing director of stadium Australia and CEO of the Canterbury Bulldogs. He is also a loving father and devoted husband as well as a person who is passionate about seeing people succeed.
