Ingredients
60ml London Dry Gin 
45ml orange juice 
1 teaspoon absinthe 
1 teaspoon grenadine 
1 teaspoon sugar syrup (optional)
 
Shake all ingredient with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with orange peel or a lychee.
Serve with monkey nuts.
