Opsy

In this episode, we talk to Nicole Vasquez, cofounder of Deskpass, about how she used her community and intuition to find her role as COO at Miami Refresh.

Show Notes

We love talking to people who've crafted their career with intention, and our guest Nicole Vasquez has done exactly that.

Ignoring the pressure to climb the ladder one rung at a time, she's forged her own path "hopping from lily pad to lily pad" with the help of her intuition and her community. This strategy has recently taken her from entrepreneur to employee again, as she transitions out of her role as Cofounder and Chief People Officer at Deskpass and into a new role as COO at Refresh Miami.

So, how did she know it was time to "leave her baby" after six years building? And how did she lean on her community to figure out what her next step should be? (And ultimately find her new role!)

We're covering all of these topics and more in this episode.
