Kasra Dash: If you are a pressure washing company and you're looking to scale your enquiries and generate high quality leads every day, this video is for you. Myself and James have spoken to a lot of different businesses. We know which marketing strategies work and which ones you should avoid. James, let's break down strategy number one. James Dooley: Step number one is building a strong Google Business Profile. If you already have one, reach out to existing clients and get as many five star reviews as possible. It is one of the best ways to generate more leads. You should also build citations, post on your profile and upload photos. This is always the first thing I would do to increase local leads. Kasra Dash: Step number two builds on your Google Business Profile. You should create dedicated service pages for each of your services as SEO optimised pages on your website. This helps your site rank and also increases the chance of your Google Business Profile appearing for those keywords. You get more calls as a result. James Dooley: If you want more local leads, another option is PPC lead generation. That is pay per click on Google or Bing targeting bottom of the funnel keywords. You must work with a good pay per click agency because click fraud is real and you need a strong negative keyword list. PPC can work very well. In the wrong hands it wastes a lot of money, but it is still a solid way to generate leads. Kasra Dash: After that you have meta ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. People scrolling might see your ad. You can run lead form ads where users stay on Facebook, although quality varies unless you add questions. Or you can run conversion ads that send traffic to your website so they fill out your contact form. Both approaches work depending on your setup. James Dooley: Another way to grow local leads is organic social media. Posting regularly on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram helps. Reddit and Quora are also big platforms where you can answer questions and build trust. Organic social works well for generating local leads. Kasra Dash: With organic social, volume matters. You need to upload consistently. You might aim for five videos a week and stick to it. Platforms like YouTube and Twitter reward consistency. James Dooley: What are your thoughts on using AI agents to automate posting with tools like N8N? Lots of people are using AI to generate more leads. Would you team up with an AI consultant to set that up? Kasra Dash: You can use AI agents to crop videos and autopublish across YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. But another area to focus on is AI search. Some users are now searching on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok. If your brand is not showing up, you miss out on leads from those engines. Businesses should prepare for that shift. James Dooley: If you want more local business leads, you can also team up with tradespeople websites. Platforms like Checkatrade, Bark, Builder Builder, TrustATrader and Rated People all produce leads. You must track KPIs, cost per lead and cost per acquisition. These platforms can work well. We also have comparison videos between these platforms and FatRank, so check the description. Kasra Dash: With lead generation companies, you must do due diligence. Make certain they have generated leads in your niche before. Have a strategy call to discuss your budget and required lead volume. Ask if the leads are exclusive or shared. Platforms like Bark and Checkatrade often provide shared leads, which creates a race to the bottom on price. You need to know that before partnering. James Dooley: If you want more local leads, head to Fatrank.com. We run a commission based lead generation service. You only pay a finder’s fee on converted jobs. There is no cost per lead. You only pay once you have completed the job and been paid. Head to Fatrank.com to see if you qualify. Let’s expand further. What is your view on inbound vs outbound lead generation? Kasra Dash: I always prefer inbound. The conversion rate from enquiry to paying customer is far higher. The last stat I saw was about 16.1 percent conversion for inbound vs 1.4 percent for outbound. It is around 10 to 12 times better. Outbound requires huge volume, more staff and significant cost. Many people think outbound leads are free when they are not. Inbound is simply better. James Dooley: People often ask if real time leads matter. Is it important that the lead comes through instantly? Kasra Dash: It is very important. Our internal numbers showed real time leads convert about 63 percent higher. We also found that responding within one minute made a huge difference. We used to think five minutes was good. One minute is far more effective. Not every business can respond that fast, but it matters. Many companies fail because they go on holiday for five days and do not have anyone to answer leads. That is something we look at when partnering. Kasra Dash: If you want to scale and get a consistent flow of high quality leads, fill out the form on Fatrank.
