Today, Congressman Chip Roy from Congressional District 21 joins Mandy Drogin to talk about why he supports Texas parents’ right to select the best education for their kids and Universal Education Savings Accounts. Congressman Roy pulls no punches in calling out the profiteers, associations and consultants impeding parents’ rights and manipulating the system to steer tax dollars away from teachers an into their pockets. He also addresses the concerns of conservatives with school choice, and explains how the parent empowerment movement is in-line with our Founder’s philosophy on education.

Mandy Drogin is the Campaign Director for TPPF's Next Generation Texas campaign. Mandy is one of the top education reform leaders in Texas with experience managing grassroots, marketing, election and legislative campaigns. Prior to joining TPPF she was at the American Federation for Children for nearly 8 years where she served as the State Director for the past 3 years and helped make important gains in Texas. She has a talent for organizing complex coalitions and factions, motivating people, understanding and communicating policy, image and branding, and running campaign teams.
