The preacher continues to contemplate that everyone dies, but still says it is better to be a living dog than a dead lion. He affirms that the righteous are in the hand of God and that a person should work with all his might as the labor before him, though his perspective on this is still fatalistic. He recognizes that wisdom is beneficial, but is frustrated that those who provide it are forgotten. Read from the World English Bible.
