Cold Steel: Canadian Journal of Surgery Podcast

This week on the podcast we spoke with Dr. Paul Engels, a trauma surgeon from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. We got into some pretty detailed discussions around trauma training specifically, but more broadly about how we define what a resident should be able to perform at the end of training.
