Grief Is Good

In the past, I've found myself feeling guilty for grieving, guilty for being happy - really guilty for having ALL of the emotions. It took a lot of internal work to get through that guilt and get to the bottom of what was really going on. 

This episode is a great reminder that we can let go of that guilt and accept any and all feelings that work their way up.
