Frederick (Fred) Vallaeys is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, author and leading influencer in pay-per-click search marketing. One of Google's first 500 employees, he helped pioneer PPC marketing as the company's first AdWords Evangelist and is best remembered for his work on Quality Score.
Today he serves as the Co-Founding CEO of Optmyzr, a leading and award-winning PPC management platform. Fred was recognized as Search Marketer of the Year for 2021 by Search Engine Land.
After publishing his first book, "Digital Marketing in an AI World: Futureproofing Your PPC Agency" in 2019, Fred is currently working on his second book, "Unlevel the Playing Field: the Biggest Mindshift in PPC History," about how to use automation to gain a competitive advantage.
