John 1:17

Moses and Jesus are not at odds with each other. John contrasts what was given by Moses with what came in Jesus. The Law is God's law and it was given through Moses. Grace and Truth are from God, from Jesus. They are given through Him!

For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

Children are arrows to be shot into the world. Do not send out dull and broken arrows. But send out sharp arrows! Train your children to love and serve God. Send them out with the Sword of the Spirit and the full armor of God.
