The Brooklyn Nets remain PERFECT in the preseason!
Brooklyn defeated the Washington Wizards 131-122 to improve to 3-0, and once again there were plenty of encouraging signs from Jordi Fernández's group.
On this episode of Battered Nets Fans, we're breaking down Michael Porter Jr.'s big return, Julius Randle continuing to operate as a playmaker, another impressive performance from Nolan Traoré, Noah Clowney's shooting, Keon Ellis' impact and what Brooklyn's rotations could look like when the regular season begins.
We'll also discuss the areas that still need improvement — including turnovers, interior defense and a difficult shooting night for Egor Dëmin — and whether Brooklyn's explosive preseason offense is something we can actually expect to carry over.
PLUS: the Nets officially unveiled their 2026-27 Classic Edition uniforms and court, celebrating the franchise's ABA roots and the 50th anniversary of the NBA-ABA merger. Are these already among the best Nets uniforms ever?
It's only preseason…but 3-0 is 3-0.
