“I noticed over the past few months when I’ve been doing things for my own mental health, I’ve thought, ‘oh, I should share this on my podcast’ or ‘I had this interesting experience I want to share this with people’ and then going, ‘wait, no this is just for me, no one else has to know this, I can just do this for me.’ It’s been interesting to realize how I’ve programmed my brain for content production.” ~ @BenSchoeffler
