This week's guest, Trish Barillas, is a creator of positive change. Trish is a life-coach, speaker, and author who battles anxiety, and vulnerably uses her platform to share her journey. She has over a decade of experience in relationship, anxiety, and job coaching. In this episode Trish speaks on eliminating the shame that often comes from experiencing anxiety. She wrote a memoir titled “The Face of Anxiety” which talks about her personal experience and aimes to break the stigma associated with mental illnesses. She is a survivor of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)/Panic Disorder which has plagued her for most of her life. She uses her life experiences & expertise in the field of Anxiety to help her clients take their lives back. This episode is for those who suffer from anxiety, but also those who do not.
