Doug - President, Founder, and Chairman at Survive First - discusses his time as a professional athlete, shares with us about his career in law enforcement as a SWAT Sniper, and talks openly about how his experiences impacted his mental health and family dynamics.
Karen - Executive Director at Survive First - shares from the perspective of a first responder's spouse, and how she began to educate herself about the ways that trauma can effect first responders to better understand and support Doug.
