Too often we get caught up in thinking that something to our benefit (if it's outside of eating, sleeping, using the bathroom) is Selfish.
In this episode I'm going to clearly show you that what you thought was Selfish is actually, Self-LESS...while what we often tout as Self-less is really being selfish. Why?
B/c it adds more stress, worry, etc to the world when we DON'T tend to that which is causing stress, worry, etc within us.
We each have a self concept that we can deliberately and intentionally guide towards seeing more of a world that matches what we know to be deeply true within us - that there is a power of love that acts in the world, that we can access good and in fact we are built to access that good, joy and delight more regularly!
