As broadcast April 30, 2021 with extra fun for the podcast circusgoers. Tonight we remembered a legend of soul in Ben E. King, who passed on this date six years ago. A titan over several decades although mainly remembered for his massive hits as a young man in the early 1960's, King was an amazing musician and vocalist whose influence obviously still oozes in the music of today. For our main feature tonight though, we welcomed Toronto's up-and-coming indie artist Stevie Zita. His recent EP "Cosmica" really turned our heads when it dropped recently, so what else could we do but have him on the show? A lovely cat to talk music with, his playlist is a bit of a bifurcated affair of think pieces in part 3 & dance jams in part 4, all of which give a much greater picture of the man's diverse influences on his sound.
