In this episode I discuss whether you have No Systems or Ineffective Systems.
No Systems = Reactive, your days control you, not you controlling the day. You rely on motivation and need it to do your tasks leaving you inconsistent. You're messy, miss mark on tasks, meals, sessions and life is chaotic.
Ineffective Systems = One area you're doing well but others you're regressing in. Lack of consistency, trying to do too much and can't sustain it with flaky results. Systems that don't factor in for slack, no rest and life situations aren't factored in.
