Matthew and Sarah Bradford met because they were matching- true romance. Much later, Matty's Pattys food truck was born and is based out of Anderson, SC. This smashburger foodtruck (which makes cookies, too!) truly completes the Bradford's mission of bringing a great burger to the small town where they live ( idea inspired by a TV show!). In this episode we discuss how the food truck started, how labor is divided, the challenges of owning and operating a food truck, and a lot of fun tangents along the way.
