Many people claim they live in peace, happiness, and frolic all day in fields of wildflowers . . . but if truth be told, they live in denial.
We have recently discussed how happiness is a choice...
...but is a choice that should never come at the expense of sweeping pain, suffering, wounds, offenses, hurt, bitterness under the rug.
AKA--don't live in denial.
For you and I to be change-makers in the world, we must first become changed. That is--we need to become whole and healed individuals. Because you can't give someone something you don't have...
Before we pretend we are happy, or boast about how we are gonna build some great company or piece of art . . . let's clean house. Let's clean up our messes and forgive those who have left messes of our lives.
Then, and only then, will we be able to weave our destines.
Be a change-maker, weave your destiny, own your future.
