I'm just waiting on the right wave

Hello from El Porto, California and the Americana Coast Podcast. This is your daily pep talk. I once worked for a gentleman whose mantra was, it's worth doing, it's worth doing wrong. And it took me a long time to figure out exactly what he meant. But then as I went along in my career and my life, I recognized it's a brilliant, brilliant statement. Because reality is it's never going to be the perfect time. You're never going to meet that perfect person.

They may be perfect for you, but we all have our flaws, right? The website's always gonna need a tweak. The song's always gonna need a tweak. The mix, it's never gonna be perfect. At some point, you gotta let go of some things. Otherwise, you're just gonna spin your wheels and you're gonna frustrate yourself. So this morning, you may find yourself frustrated with something you're working on. I suggest letting go of some things. It's not gonna be perfect, and that's okay.

Get as close as you can and then be willing to make changes along the way. One thing that is always perfect is the idea of being good to each other, being kind to each other and loving on each other. And get out there and have a great day. We'll talk to you later. Bye.
