meeting your soul

Welcome to Season 2 of the Meeting Your Soul podcast! We back baby!!

Today's episode is dedicated to my Great Japanese Grandmother, Shino. I found out recently that the hospital spelled her name wrong and that my middle name is actually supposed to be spelled Shino instead of Chino. Shino means resilient, strong and grounded. And oh have I leaned into the grounding practices necessary for me to root into my new life and sense of self.

Join me in learning about 5 grounding practices that help root you into the here and now taught across disciplines as effective and efficient ways to ease anxiety.

What is meeting your soul?

This podcast was designed to empower others to dive into their self-discovery journey by sharing my struggles and triumphs as I have perused a deeper connection to my own heart. I’ll share tips and tools for embodying love, authenticity and soulful confidence. My goal to create a community that openly discusses wellness in a holistic sense. Let’s work together to find harmony within our mind, body and spirit through ancient texts, somatic practices and positive psychology techniques.

I’m so happy you’re here – I love you already!

I would love to hear about your story, feel free to reach out on my website, www.ferrahshino.com. You can also connect with me directly on Instagram @ferrahshino.
