God reviews Israel's sins and restores them by his grace.

God allows victory over the Canaanites, to keep his promise to Abraham, in His grace. All of Israel's sins are reviewd. It is only after God’s restoration that Israel can move on to possess the Promised Land. Moses continue to give details on how and why Israel must fully obey God in Canaan.
