Joining TJ on the Adventurous Entrepreneurs Podcast today is Jesse Ritter.
Jesse’s life is the definition of adventure, having traveled around the world pursuing his passion for wildlife conservation and working as a wildlife biologist doing some pretty incredible things. Like the time he spent surveying monkeys solo hiking through an Ecuadorian cloud forest from 10 PM until sunrise for three months.
Today, he owns Wildwood Natural Resources, where he serves as an ecological consultant for small private landowners interested in establishing ecologically sound management plans. His primary focus includes forest management, aquatic/riparian restoration, permaculture-related systems, and firewise planning.
Just a few of the golden takeaways Jesse shares in this episode are why self-assessment is important as an entrepreneur, building a business that represents you and nurtures your passions, and finding freedom in entrepreneurship by incorporating your characteristics, strengths, and intrinsic needs into your business model.
Please enjoy this wide-ranging conversation with Jesse Ritter.

What is Adventurous Entrepreneurs?
Much like life in general, entrepreneurship is an adventure. We all have a unique story to be told about business and all of the places life takes us throughout the entrepreneurial journey - full of triumphs and defeats, bumps in the road, wrong turns, new directions, and people who lent a hand along the way guiding you toward your final destination.
In each episode, we explore the journey of adventurous entrepreneurs to inspire, inform and guide others to take action to reach their goals.
