Bobby concludes that Attorney General Merrick Garland has made it his vendetta to target Republican officials because of his denial from the Supreme Court in 2016. The two turn to the most recent Trump indictments or as Bobby says "Trumped up charges," and he shares how he believes that if people cannot publicly express doubts about the way an election was conducted or it's results, than we have truly lost the right to free speech in this country.
