The non-profit organization ROSS Leaders was created to benefit youth in Douglas County. Hear about the growth of the organization from a group of boys playing basketball to a nationwide effort to unite the South Sudanese community and beyond.

ROSS Leaders started out as a basketball group in Omaha, Nebraska. Now, ROSS Leaders is an official non-profit organization with multiple chapters and affiliated organizations across the county. The youth-supporting organization values community, overall wellness and exploration of South Sudanese culture.
