When the world's greatest Bat scientist and her witty but not helpful friend/assistant are approached by the CDC's worst actor to help with a biological event involving what you might wonder...Bats. Joined by the weakest sharpshooting sheriff in history (Lou Diamond Phillips) and tagalongs the horrible acting CDC guy and mysterious science guy shrouded in shadow, to try to find a way to stop Super Bats capable of infecting other Bats with knowledge and hunger??? From a lack of understanding of what Flying Foxes are to the World's Greatest Bat Radar that is not explained ever this movie is filled with so much ridiculousness that even we struggle to answer: Is this even Horror So Bad It's Good?
