Levi returns to talk about a milestone in the fitness industry: a book about our coming body-modification future, largely written by an entity without a body (Google Gemini). Dr Michael Israetel, PhD, is a fitness influencer, bodybuilder, and proponent of science-based lifting. His most recent book is interesting for a number of reasons. One such reason is that Hachette Book Group would publish something so obviously AI-written that many of the book's images retain their Gemini watermark; certain chapters are collections of prompted lists.
