Ashley Roy is the executive business partner with the International Code Council (ICC), where she works on nationwide projects related to building compliance, recognizing essential workers, and identifying programs that are relevant during the pandemic.  Ashley is a licensed attorney in the state of Alabama.

Ashley originally entered law school with intentions of becoming an in-house attorney.  As the executive business partner, Ashley merges her leadership skills from law school with her in-house interest to work closely with the ICC general counsel during board decisions, senior management decisions and projects.
