New years resolutions have never been effective in my life for promoting sustainable change or growth, so in this episode, I introduce the process I have used for the past 4 years for setting goals for a new year. I hope you find this growth-based (and not achievement-based) process refreshing and a useful tool as we all do our best to serve our patients and the people closest to us, while also caring for ourselves and valuing growth.
