Shantel Hopkins is the Director of Lending with the Fountain Fund.  As Director of Lending, Shantel coordinates with leadership at each FF site to streamline operations, improve loan processing,and build a cohesive team. In this vital role, Shantel oversees all loan operations, ensuring that the processing, underwriting, and loan closings are carried out efficiently, accurately, and with dignity and respect.
