Kevin Hutchinson is founder and CEO of MyTaskit, provider of the easiest to use and most complete task sharing platform on the planet.

Before founding MyTaskit, Kevin helped revolutionize how information is shared within the health care industry. From 2008 to 2011, until the acquisition by Navinet, Kevin served as CEO of Prematics, a leading provider of mobile technology improving care coordination for patients and physicians.

Prior to Prematics, Kevin served as founding president and CEO of Surescripts, a national shared platform enabling healthcare professionals to transact business, share and access clinical information to support patient care and collaboration. Under his leadership, the Surescripts network grew to the largest care coordination network in the country; today more than 900,000 healthcare providers, 95% of the nation’s pharmacies, 270 million patients use Surescripts’ services, processing over 7 billion healthcare transactions, including 1 billion electronic prescriptions, real-time eligibility checks and nationwide access to patient medication history information.

Kevin’s recognized expertise and leadership in shared platforms and information technology led to his 2005 selection to serve at the request of U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Michael Leavitt as a commissioner and technology industry advisor to the Secretary. In 2009, he was also appointed by President Obama’s national coordinator for health IT, David Blumenthal, to serve on the newly established federal Health Information Technology Standards Committee advising the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) on the development and use of health information interoperability standards.

Kevin has served as an advisor and board member of numerous technology and non-profit companies including Surescripts, Prematics, dbMotion, Patient Ping, Dell Computer (Life Sciences), TransforMed, and the University of Oklahoma.

Kevin is a graduate of the University Of Oklahoma majoring in Business Administration and Management Information Systems.
