The church must be invested in the areas of social justice, but at what cost? The gospel? Absolutely not! The gospel is not only the message of engagement but the embodiment of engagement.
But we must not allow Satan and his minions to co-opt, not a term, but the purpose of the church. We don’t need to be woke; we need to be AWAKENED to her purpose of cultural transformation!
