If you're curious about the rise and now fall-ing of plant-based meats, you're not alone. Price, health, and taste all play a role in the decline. Personally, I believe in organic, whole foods whenever possible. Real food, without being processed, that are recognized and digested properly in the body. Finding sustainable foods with an environmental low impact is extremely important. These faux/plant based meats play a role and have a place. Today I compare two of the most popular ones out there. Beyond Meat and Impossible Foods. Can you guess which one I like better?
