The 28-Day Nervous System Reset

The Baby From Krypton & Clark Kent, Reporter
6 Hz Theta Binaural Meditation

Originally broadcast on February 12 and 14, 1940, these opening chapters of The Adventures of Superman tell the hero’s origin. The Baby From Krypton follows Jor-L and Lara as they send their infant son to Earth before Krypton’s destruction. Clark Kent, Reporter continues the story as he arrives on Earth, discovers his powers, adopts the identity of Clark Kent, and begins working at the Daily Planet.

Premiering less than two years after Superman’s comic-book debut, the radio series helped establish familiar elements of the mythology, including Perry White and Clark Kent’s transformation into the Man of Steel.

This presentation combines both original radio episodes with a continuous 6 Hz theta binaural beat, creating an immersive experience for relaxation, reflection, and imaginative exploration.

Headphones are required to experience the full binaural effect.

What is The 28-Day Nervous System Reset?

Created by Glenn Ostlund, MA, MS, LAC—a licensed therapist in Arizona—this guided meditation series is designed to support clients between therapy sessions using evidence-based mindfulness techniques and binaural audio beats.

Binaural beats are subtle, rhythmic sound frequencies that guide your brain into restorative states like alpha and theta. Research shows they can reduce anxiety, improve focus, and help shift the nervous system out of chronic stress. This “reset” happens as your brain learns to relax, regulate, and respond differently over time. Think of it as integration and balance, rather than deleting and restarting.

To receive the full benefit, headphones or earbuds are required.
These sessions are gentle but powerful—a daily practice to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and prepare for deeper therapeutic work.

Whether you're a client of Glenn's or simply looking for support, you're welcome here. Let this be your daily reset.
