Welcome to today's YouTube for Realtors WALK AND TALK #31- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions every day and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!
In today’s episode I do a deep dive into SEO for Real Estate and the Ultimate Power Move. I have received an email from Mr. Dj saying, " I planned on using my video topics as blog content as well while writing the blog. Do you suggest embedding the YouTube video there? I know you say not to share on social, but I wasn't sure about blogs."
This is something in the world of Power moves, it is an Ultimate power moves! You know if you learn about the basis of everything that we teach over here, it's basically becoming an influencer. Getting inbound reach outs from people wanting to work with you. And it comes from answering the consumers questions. So to me there's literally no better platform to do that than YouTube. And who owns YouTube? Google so Google's in the SEO world and I think as real estate agents as business owners. So much of our effort should be in those platforms. Mind you I'm the world's worst writer of all time. But the thing that I've learned is the imperfections that I have in my YouTube videos. Now is what draws my ideal clientele. I like to mess up words on purpose. You create such a stronger connection with people.
Years ago, Karen Carr, who I've talked about many times, I got a lot of this idea from early on and then just came up with my way of doing it. She told me that is how she started doing YouTube videos was because by putting videos and embedding videos in your blogs that helps them rank better. She was a blog writer. When it comes to Google and blog writing, I think it is huge, huge, huge. And incorporating and embedding a video in there. As for lead generation, but a combination of both major power move. Now you're getting the the readers of the world and. The viewers of the world and if one crosses the other path there, they're going to find what they want. If they're reading your blog and then there's YouTube videos, they click on it, then they go to this incredible YouTube channel. Boom, got them. But it is a great way to rank blogs. And as we know people are searching about this stuff. More of this exciting episode! Come and listen homies!
