Mind Your Money with MissBeHelpful

Season 2: E10

This week on the podcast you'll meet Alli Williams, financial coach and blogger at Financiallifocused.com. She's originally from NY, but moved to South Carolina and now lives with her husband. Alli talks about how important it is to start talking money as early as possible when dating and like me, she feels very strongly that you must talk about your finances and your approach and mentality about money BEFORE getting married. Alli graduated in 2018 and now works with women and couples to create financial plans and routines that work for each unique couple or individual. She and her husband have paid off $40,000 of debt WHILE paying for a wedding out of pocket, and covering the cost of her husband going back to school! Neither one of them makes a six-figure salary and she wants everyone to know that it's possible!

Her money mantra is "Everything you ever wanted is on the other side of fear." Follow Alli on instagram at @financiallifocused
