Most people would agree with me that there are two economies. The stock market is hitting new highs every day, unemployment is low, and yet the average American and those in the poverty zone are struggling. They're living paycheck to paycheck. So, when they see these highs and lows, it doesn't apply to them. Then something happens, like their rent being raised, and suddenly, they are in turmoil. They turn to my next guest, Rebecca Cox, with GRACE Grapevine.
