This week’s episode features Bob Burg, Hall of Fame keynote speaker, bestselling coauthor of The Go-Giver and Founder of "The Go-Giver Success Alliance." He shares the five laws of his book: value, compensation, influence, authenticity, and receptivity.
Value means giving more value than the payment you receive, which shouldn't be confused with price. Value is desirability or relative worth to the end user.
Bob also talks about mentorship and how it can save you years of trial and error to learn straight from an expert. But asking someone to be your mentor requires finesse and Bob shares some great tips to communicate your intent and get your future mentor to say yes to you.
