Performance Intelligence Podcast

In this Bite Size from episode #66 Author and high performance coach Michael Bungay-Stanier tells us how he sold over 1,000,000 copies of his book “The Coaching Habit”. Michael explains that through hustling and hard work you can sell up to 100,000 copies and anything beyond that is completely out of your hands.

Michael also gives a bit of background as to what he was thinking when he wrote the book, who his target audience was and why they would want to buy the book. MBS finishes up by giving a little bit of coaching advice from one of his other books “The Advice Trap”.
