We’ve got lots of new things coming for 2022, but before we get into that I wanted to take a look back at our early episodes and rerelease my top 10 picks for the month of December. To be clear, picking my favorite episodes is like picking my favorite child—it’s impossible--so I based my decision on 3 criteria, 1) interviews of women who overcame something outside of the regular struggle of running a business, 2) a unique industry the guest disrupted and 3) guests that were just as much as teachers as storytellers.
I hope you enjoy these episodes and please be sure to follow us on Instagram where we will be rolling out our big news throughout December. I want to keep you, our podcast family, in the loop.
Our fifth throwback episode is a conversation I had with artist Rachael Brown. I included this in our top 10 because so many of you are creative and are trying to figure out how to launch your art into the world and make some money in the process. Rachel's commitment to not being a starving artist and her strategic mindset gives you insight into how she's been able to grow and sustain her career. She also makes a great case for keeping your day job. If you're creative of any kind- painter, photographer, a writer, fill in the blank, you need to hop on this podcast now.

What is LIBERTY ROAD with Nada Jones ?
Pursuing your future doesn’t end at 40, in fact, it may mark the beginning of knowing who you are, what you’re capable of and what you really want. But knowing what’s next and how to get there can be a challenge—especially when old narratives play on repeat. I’ve come to believe that the best way to understand your possibilities is in hearing from others—what they have done and how they have done it.
LIBERTY ROAD is here to share stories so that you can consider your possibilities, pursue your purpose and move into your future with intention.
