Carlos Loredo Ritter was born in Mexico City and became an important Pediatric Neurologist at the National Institute of Pediatrics in Mexico.
Throughout his career, he worked extensively with children suffering from epilepsy and autism and noticed a potential link between the use of electronic devices and the worsening of their neurological symptoms. His theories did not come from medical journals or forums but directly from the experiences shared by these families.
