He has executed over 50 business plans, covering more than 20,000 apartment homes. Known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, Jonathan is a successful operator and advisor. His leadership style fosters a positive corporate culture, with a strong focus on maintaining and reassessing brand identity.

Jonathan holds a master’s degree in Management from CBU, with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. His experience in multifamily includes prior roles at Freeman Webb and as Vice President for Silver Tree Residential. Currently, Jonathan is the Founder and CEO of Wogan Group, where he collaborates with his team to achieve continuous growth and profitability.
